Great Food! Open and Flexible to ideas, lots of variety! Tantalizing Food that everybody at our wedding loved. My Bridesmaid in chief said it was actually the best marriage food she had ever had. They were flexible, professional and staff was great to work with. I might seriously recommend them to anybody. They made the wedding simple for the bride and her parents and fun for everybody.
I’m really stunned Bill Johnson’s came up on a list of good BBQ spots in Phoenix. I had the babyback ribs and the sauce was only spiced up catsup. If you want good BBQ go to a place that specializes in it!!!
Home of the finest finger lickinest, bar-b-que beef ribs in the world. Seriously! It has been several years and several beef ribs later , I can still feel the mouth-watering, tender, pieces of meat, with that melt-in-your mouth feel. Definitely fabulous, and the cornbread muffins where not bad either!
Bill Johnson’s Catering was absolutely superb. The planning was straightforward , the staff was professional and arranged. Everybody who attended our wedding continues to comment on how toothsome our food was. The nosh was lovely and we received many compliments during and after the festivities.
The staff took good care of our guests and paid special attention to my husband and me through dinner. The organization was simple and took a lot of pressure off of us. We seriously recommend them!
